Judges decision.

At every end there has to be a winner. After wrighting previous articles and website searching on my way to find out who is the best manager who has coached in the Premier League, my job always got easier because there is nobody who will stand up to the achievments that Sir Alex Ferguson has acomplished whith Manchester United. Winning the Premier League 12 times after the foundation in 1992 makes his winning rate in the league 67%. And not ony winning the league all these times. He has won 25 other trophies with the club such as The League Cup, FA Cup, Champions League. And all these big titles. There is no one who can compete with all these achivements. Ferguson is by many of the top fotball speculants in the world to day said to be the best and most sucessful manager in the history of football in the world.

1st. Sir Alex Ferguson

THE BEST MANAGER AND THE MOST SUCCESSFUL MANAGERR IN THE PREMIER LEAGUE.

A Experts view.

To get a second hand opinion on the pick for the best manager in the Premier League i went to meet one of my colleges and a big admirer of the League Sigurður Straumfjörð Pálsson my older brother. From his youth years he always has been a Arsenal fan. But he doesn't hold is opinion on the subject.

First question i asked him was is there anyone who can stand up to the achievement Sir Alex has done with United. He answered,, For many years the talks have been all around Ferguson and his achievements, and no one else has been linked to such success as him. But there are many great managers out there like Mourinho today, he took charge of Inter Milan and won the division in Italy Twice and he won the Treble his second and last year with the club"

Asked about his opinion on the difference between Ferguson's ways of coaching and others he said,, There is a whole lot of difference, for example ; He has been coaching United now for 22 years, and now his team is all built by his ways, every single player in the team is there because Ferguson wants him to be there. And if you look at other managers like Mr. Daglish who is managing Liverpool now, he took charge just 4 months ago. He has to get his time to built his team to stand up to Ferguson and his mens. If i would have to put some bet on it i would say Liverpool will end up winning the Premier League in the next 1-3 years"

The last question i hit my brother was if he had to choose whom would he pick as the best manager in the division, who is the runner up and who takes third place. ,,This is probably the easiest question you've asked today, there is no chance by my opinion to get you toes where Alex has his heals. I think nobody will ever beat his accomplishments with United. A man with a winning percent of 63% in the Premier League from the start is just crazy. The manager in second place i would pick José Mourinho, he was just a short while at Chelsea but he changed so many things at the club. And Turned them into one of the strongest team in the world today. The third place i would pick the Arsenal manager Arsné Wenger. Though he has not been doing so well in recent years with Arsenal, he has brought in and coached so many youngsters to become world class players so there is no doubt in my mind that Wenger should get the 3rd place".

Successful players from Fergusons academy

For over 22 years Ferguson has been at charge at United many great players have come from his academy. Some of them are still at United; some have gone to try out in another countries ore other teams in the Premier League. Often it has been spoken about the youngsters that he got in around 1990-1994 there we are talking about the brother Gary and Phil Neville. David Beckham the richest football player today. The left-winger still at United; Ryan Giggs. And the strong red haired midfielder, Paul Scholes. Let's take a little peek at their careers.

Gary Neville:
Gary came out of United's academy in 1992 and played his first senior-team match for United the same year at 17 years of age. 2 years later he was in the starting line up. His entire career he only played for one team Manchester United and at his retirement in early 2011 he had played 400 games for Manchester United and scored 5 goals. In the mean time winning 19 trophies under the control og Sir Alex Ferguson.

 Phil Neville:

Phil is Gary’s younger brother; he came into the United squad in 1995 and played with Ferguson and his boys until 2005 when he decided to change up and move to Everton. He played 386 games for United and scored 8 goals for the team.

David Beckham:
David Beckham was signed at united only 14 years old after winning a competition at the United soccer school. After that he was going to be a star for the club. He started playing for the senior team in 1993 and played until 2003. At his time at United he played 399 games for the team and scoring 87 goals for the team helping it to win 15 trophies at his time at Old Trafford.

Paul Scholes:

Paul came into the United senior squad around it time as Beckham but he started his first game in early 1994. Just like Gary Neville he only played for one Manager and one team his whole career Manchester United under the control of Sir Alex. At his time with United he played 466 games for the club and scored 102 goals. Winning 24 trophies with the team in all competitions.

Ryan Giggs:

Ryan came in to the senior squad at United first off these 5 gentlemen’s. He made his debut with the team in 1990 and he is still playing with the team now in 2011. He has now played 878 games in all competitions and scoring 159 goals for the team. He now holds the record at playing for the most time at one club and playing most game for United and in the Premier League. Ryan has wit united won 33 trophies with the team. That is won hell of an accomplishment for one player.

Sir Alex Ferguson took charge of Manchester United in the year 1988. He was then 46 years old. Today in 2011 he is 69 years old and still coaching the Red Devils, Manchester United. He started right away after his arrival at Manchester to bring in trophies. His first Trophy for the club was the Community Shield and the FA cup in the year 1990. There was a lot more to come from Sir Alex. After the establishment of the Premier League 1992 Alex and Manchester stated their run at the title.  They won it the first two years, 1993 and 1994. Winning the FA cup in 1994, and the Community Shield in 1993 and 1994.
The next year Blackburn won the title but that year the Devils didn't win any title. After that year the engine started again. Next 6 years United and Alex won the Premier League 5 times. Winning the FA cup twice, the Community Shield twice as well as winning The Champions League in 1999 and the International Cup the same year.

In 1999 Alex and his lads in Manchester United broke a plate in English football history when they won the famous Treble. Winning Premier League, FA cup and the Champions League at the same time.
